About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager to join our growing immigration law firm. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in managing cases from intake through resolution. The Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, business immigration, removal defense, and detention cases.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses outstanding customer service skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior immigration or legal experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the legal team.
  • Conduct client intake interviews and gather required documentation.
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files and records.
  • Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and outstanding requirements.
  • Assist with preparing immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Education and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, legal, criminal justice or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing client cases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience in immigration law, legal services, case management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and multicultural communities.
