LEGAL ASSISTANT – MASS TORT LITIGATION

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant specializing in Mass Tort Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support complex multi-party lawsuits involving large-scale claims across various practice areas. As a vital member of our litigation team, you will assist attorneys in preparing cases, managing extensive documentation, and ensuring seamless workflow throughout the litigation process. Duties

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with daily tasks on large mass tort dockets.
• Communicate with clients regarding forms, declarations, medical records, and case updates.
• Review, upload, and organize documents in case management systems.
• Maintain accurate, timely data entry for thousands of clients.
• Track case requirements, deadlines, and outstanding client needs.
• Prepare and send correspondence, questionnaires, and follow-up communications.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet volume-driven project demands.

Skills

• Prior legal assistant or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with mass torts or high-volume case management is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, text).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, including case management software, Excel, and cloud systems.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
