Legal Assistant Paralegal

KlaymanToskes, a national securities arbitration and litigation law firm, is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a hybrid position with the possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and third parties.
  • Draft, proofread, and transmit correspondence and legal documents.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
  • Assist with case management and other administrative or legal support tasks as assigned.
  • Other tasks commensurate with the needs of boutique securities law firm.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior legal assistant or paralegal experience (securities arbitration or litigation experience a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous phone demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and document management systems.


Position Details:

  • Hybrid schedule (combination of in-office and remote work) - possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate.
