We're looking for a sharp, motivated Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our residential closing team in Lexington. No prior legal experience required. What we care about is your attitude, your work ethic, and your ability to show up and deliver. What You'll Do

• Support attorneys and paralegals through the full financing and closing process for residential real estate transactions
• Manage deadlines, organize files, and keep transactions on track
• Learn the complete lifecycle of a real estate closing from the inside out

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Detail-oriented and organized — you catch things others miss
• A team player who stays composed when the pace picks up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and hitting deadlines without dropping the ball
• Hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
• Mandarin Chinese a plus, but not required
