How Will You Make a Difference?

• Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals.
• Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
• Review, edit, and process vendor invoices and monthly client bills.
• Maintain records and filing systems.
• Schedule appointments / maintain calendar for legal staff

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ years’ administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm
• Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or equivalent experience
• This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. In Silicon Valley, CA, the estimated starting pay is $32.57- $47.19 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,269 – $85,878 annually.
