- The Office of Lawyer Disciplinary Counsel is seeking a full-time legal assistant/paralegal to join its team. Duties include: aiding and assisting Disciplinary Counsel in investigating and prosecuting attorney disciplinary matters; organizing and managing case files; drafting correspondence, orders, and pleadings; answering a multi-line telephone system; maintaining database records; communicating with the public, attorneys, and other members of the Court system; operating recording equipment in disciplinary hearings; preparing public file records; maintaining calendars; and assisting on special projects as requested. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and have a familiarity with document management database programs. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or equivalent law office experience preferred. Salary range is $40,000-$55,000 annually.
