- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and applicable laws, and assist with regulatory filings.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents for customers, Vendors etc.
- Conduct quarterly audit of all vendor and partner agreements of the company
- Handle disputes, manage litigation cases, in collaboration with external legal counsel.
- Conduct legal due diligence and provide solutions to minimize legal risks.
- Offer legal guidance to various functions such as HR, Secretarial and finance on various issues, policies, and contracts.
- Stay updated on NBFC regulations, industry developments and all regulations concerned with the company and provide insight and strategy based on them.
