Legal Associate

Job Brief:

We’re hiring a Legal Associate to join our legal team. Unlike traditional firm roles, this position gives you hands-on exposure to core compliance practices, business strategy, direct involvement in transactions, and the chance to see your legal work drive real outcomes in the real estate sector. Job Responsibilities:

- Work on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters affecting the business.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial documents.

- Prepare and file regulatory forms with SECP, SBP, FBR, and Registrar of Firms.

- Conduct legal and regulatory research and translate findings into practical business advice.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist senior counsel on corporate structuring, governance, and HR matters.

Job Requirements

- LLB (LLM or foreign qualification a plus).

- Minimum 3 years’ corporate/commercial experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team (preferred: real estate or financial sector exposure).

- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

- A proactive, business-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

- Commitment to professional integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth.
