Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Filing of Clients.
  • Maintaining Hard Copy records in Files of Original Hard Copy Documents.
  • Providing Documents to clients in case of requirements after sale.
  • Screening KYC Documents received from Clients.
  • E-mailing of all the documentations of Clients.
  • Generating Customer IDs of Clients after KYC documents Screening.
  • Handling filing of all employees channel partner vendors etc.

Key Skills & Qualification:

  • Organizing, updating and maintaining physical and digital files.
  • Zero-error approach to filing and data entry.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good proficiency in English and local language.
  • Preferred: Graduate in any discipline: Company Law, Commerce and Legislative Law (LLB), LLB: Intellectual Property Rights, Business Law, LLB (Hons.): Intellectual Property Rights, Business Law
  • 1–2 years of experience in documentation, record management, back-office or admin role
