Legal Associate (Corporate Law)

The role of an Associate shall involve a multifaceted approach to supporting the Insolvency Professional (IP) in various capacities.

This includes:

· Assisting in drafting legal documents, reports etc for submission to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

· Preparing agendas and minutes for creditor meetings,

· Reporting to regulatory bodies.

· Drafting petitions, applications, and replies

· Managing daily communications with stakeholders

· Providing steadfast support throughout the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation process.

Candidates having at least 2 years of post qualification professional experience shall be eligible to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Post Qualification: 2 years (Preferred)
