Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of corporate law, technology, and compliance
. You’ll work closely with our
management team
and
external counsels
to support
corporate structuring, contracts, and governance initiatives
— ensuring all business operations remain compliant with
Indian and international laws
.
The position requires
initiative, clarity of thought,
and the ability to
translate complex legal frameworks into practical business steps
.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Legal & Governance
-
Draft, review, and maintain
board resolutions, company policies, contracts,
and
internal governance documentation
.

Ensure statutory compliance with the
Companies Act, 2013
and other applicable corporate regulations.
-
Liaise with
ROC, banks,
and
regulatory bodies
as needed.
Technology & Cyber Law Compliance
-
Assist in
data governance
,
digital policy formation
, and
IT Act–related compliance
.
-
Coordinate with
technology and management teams
to align digital operations with evolving legal standards.
-
Draft and review
data protection, information security,
and
vendor agreements
.
Legal Strategy & Coordination
-
Work with
senior advocates and external counsel
on corporate and regulatory matters.
-
Prepare
summaries, filings,
and
documentation
for legal or compliance proceedings when required.
-
Manage
legal timelines, filings,
and
record-keeping
for accuracy and consistency.
Documentation & Risk Management
-
Draft and vet
agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts,
and
policy documents
.
-
Maintain an organized repository of
legal records and corporate filings
.
-
Identify potential
risks
and propose
preventive strategies
aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
– enrollment with the
Bar Council of Kerala
preferred.
-
2–7 years
of experience in
corporate law, compliance,
or
cyber law
roles.
-
Working knowledge of the
Companies Act, IT Act,
and
digital compliance frameworks
.
-
Excellent
drafting and communication skills
in
English and Malayalam
.
-
Strong
coordination, organization,
and
documentation
abilities.
