Legal Associate-Injury Claims & Credit Checks

Job Overview
We are looking for a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in Personal Injury claims and Credit Checks. The role involves supporting UK-based legal work, managing case documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all matters. This position suits someone who is detail-driven, confident with legal drafting, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Personal Injury cases from initial review to ongoing case management
• Conduct and review Credit Checks in line with legal and compliance requirements
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and case summaries
• Assist with case assessments, evidence review, and claim documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
• Ensure adherence to UK legal standards and internal processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation

Requirements

• Completed graduation in Law or an equivalent qualification
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Prior experience with a UK-based law firm or international legal exposure
• Proven experience handling Personal Injury claims
• Experience with Credit Checks and related legal processes
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
