Job Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end legal support to the Company, including preparation, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documentation.

Handle global contracts, including but not limited to framework agreements, global supply agreements, service contracts, distribution arrangements, and confidentiality agreements, in coordination with relevant business and global legal teams.

Ensure consistency and alignment between global and local contractual terms and safeguard the Company’s commercial and legal interests.

Develop, update, and maintain standard templates, policies, and procedures for contract management to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group standards.

Drive and monitor legal and regulatory compliance programs, including adherence to applicable local laws, corporate governance norms, and the Group’s Code of Conduct.

Manage litigation, claims, and government investigations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsels, particularly in matters related to food laws, consumer protection, environmental laws and labor laws.

Draft, review, and respond to legal notices and communications received by or issued on behalf of the Company, in consultation with external legal advisors as needed.

Provide legal opinions and interpretations of laws and regulations affecting the Company’s operations, products, and functions.

Conduct legal due diligence and support business initiatives and projects from a risk management perspective.

Track key legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Company and ensure timely implementation of compliance measures.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Law Graduate (LL.B)
Experience:
5-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sector, with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation, including cross-border agreements.
