Legal Associate - Real Estate

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal support on a wide range of real estate transactions, regulatory matters, and internal compliance processes across the UAE. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure all operations are aligned with legal standards while proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks.

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, with mandatory experience in UAE real estate law
• Strong working knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations (required)
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred (spoken and written)
• Provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects in the UAE
• Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements including lease contracts, MOUs, service agreements, and NDAs
• Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Advise internal teams on real estate regulations, land use, zoning laws, and property licensing in Dubai and the wider UAE
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to support business goals and ensure compliance
• Assist in overseeing legal and regulatory compliance, including audits, training, and internal controls
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and support the resolution of legal disputes or claims when necessary
• Monitor and communicate updates in UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and other relevant legal developments
• Contribute to the drafting of internal policies, checklists, and documentation to ensure legal consistency and compliance
