Legal Associate (Real Estate-Chennai)

LenCorp Legal, a law firm based in Chennai, is looking for Legal Associates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking Title Due Diligence and preparation of title reports.

2. Drafting and review of transaction documents.

3. Advising and structuring the acquisition of property, including issues related to stamp duty and registration.

Required Skills:

1. Law Graduate with minimum 2 years in Real Estate practice.

3. Possess good oral, written communication and interaction skills.

4. Good proficiency in English & Tamil Language.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with experience, skills, Last CTC., etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
