Legal Associate - UAE

Responsibilities
  • Court representations; comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation for and representation during court proceedings, arbitrations, and client meetings, providing expert legal advice and support.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop proactive solutions for complex legal issues, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage client communications effectively, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, while maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Master of Laws (LLM) degree or equivalent from a recognised law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience representing clients in courts; exposure to white collar crime cases is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial practices and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic - native language.
