LegalCXO is establishing its physical office at Manjeri , Malappuram District and looking for a dynamic professional interested in:

Corporate Law + Business Consulting + Startups + Investments
with a special focus on family business structuring and next-generation planning.

This is not a routine legal role. You will work directly with the founder on diverse projects involving:

• Corporate legal advisory
• Commercial contracts & compliance
• Startup & investment structuring
• Family business governance
• Next-generation transition planning

Legal & Business Associate – LegalCXO

Location: Manjeri / Malappuram District ,Calicut, Kerala

Type: Full Time

What You Will Do

• Draft and review corporate & commercial agreements
• Prepare NDAs, MoUs, service contracts, policies
• Support startup structuring and compliance
• Assist in family business and succession projects
• Prepare proposals, presentations & client reports
• Coordinate with clients, CAs, and consultants
• Manage documentation and follow-ups
