Key Responsibilities
Contract & Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, and update Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for:
- Client onboarding
- Employee onboarding and third-party collaborations
- Prepare and manage Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements for employees.
- Draft and maintain Client Service Agreements, ensuring inclusion of appropriate non-solicitation clauses.
- Review client and vendor contracts for legal soundness and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all legal and compliance-related documents.
Compliance & Governance
- Oversee and coordinate ISO certification compliance and renewal processes.
- Implement and monitor data protection, information security, and confidentiality protocols across departments.
- Assist in risk assessments and internal audits related to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external consultants, certification bodies, and legal advisors as required.
- Support management in ensuring compliance with labor, data protection, and commercial laws.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance checklists and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate legal and compliance functions.
- Experience working with consulting, IT, or professional services firms is preferred.

- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation and recordkeeping.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements to business operations.
- Proactive and process-driven approach towards continuous improvement in compliance practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
