We are looking for a
Corporate Legal Counsel
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting and reviewing agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions.
Contract duration - 6 months (possible extension)
Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

Provide legal advice to senior management regarding various business matters.

Keep up to date with information regarding federal laws, regulations, and practices affecting the company’s business.

Identify legal issues of concern to the business and proactively develop effective legal strategies, mitigation actions and practical solutions to support business activities.

Review and contribute to contracts and tender preparation, risks identification and assessment, negotiations of contracts, framework agreements, partnerships, settlements, etc., all in coordination with key internal stakeholders.

Ensure all projects and agreements are executed in accordance with our company's methodologies, guidance, and professional standards.

Anticipate and identify legal issues of concern to management and proactively develop effective legal strategies and practical solutions.

Advice regarding conflicts of interest, agreements, claims and advising action to be taken to avoid or minimize disputes and litigation.

Work on broader commercial matters as required.
Requirements:

Fluent
Arabic and English
verbal and drafting skills.

5-10 years PQE with a minimum of 3 years in KSA
-
Prior experience in the recruitment industry or event industry will be an advantage.

Ability to prioritize effectively and operate well under pressure.

Highly organized and meticulous with attention to detail.

Excellent with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Google suite of systems

Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced work environment within a rapidly growing team.
