Legal Consultant

Faimy Amar and Co. Legal Consultants is seeking a dedicated and skilled Female Legal Advisor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in legal practice, with a strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, supporting clients on various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a range of legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal strategies and case management.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Support dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation.

Requirements:

• Master degree in law from a recognized institution.
• Female Candidate preffered
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Advisor in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work in Ajman, UAE.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
