Faimy Amar and Co Legal Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Bilingual Legal Consultant fluent in English and Arabic to join our team in Ajman. This is a full-time position ideal for a legal professional who has in-depth knowledge of UAE laws and can confidently handle a wide range of legal matters for both corporate and individual clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide accurate legal advice in areas such as civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and immigration law</li><li>Draft and review legal contracts, agreements, and other documents in Arabic and English</li><li>Translate legal documents and communicate clearly with Arabic- and English-speaking clients</li><li>Represent clients in legal consultations, negotiations, and proceedings when required</li><li>Ensure all legal services are compliant with UAE laws and regulations</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums, legal opinions, and reports</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and professional service</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB); Master&rsquo;s degree or UAE legal certification is a plus</li><li>Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE</li><li>Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong legal drafting and document review skills</li><li>Solid understanding of UAE legal system, procedures, and court structures</li><li>Ability to manage multiple legal cases and work independently</li><li>Excellent communication, research, and client-service skills</li><li>Currently based in Ajman or willing to relocate</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Professional and supportive legal team</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development</li><li>Exposure to a diverse range of legal matters and client industries</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>legal consultant: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
