Faimy Amar & Co. Legal Consultants is seeking a professional and friendly female Front office receptionist with a valid driving license to manage our front desk and assist with client-related tasks. The ideal candidate will represent our firm with professionalism, handle administrative work, and occasionally assist with errands or client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist with client visits, deliveries, or errands requiring driving.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
