Job Title: Admin Officer (UAE Nationals Only)
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Location: Ajman, UAE
Reports To: HR Manager
Job Purpose:
The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role includes handling documentation, assisting HR and management, coordinating internal communications, and maintaining company records in a professional and confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Prepare and maintain official documents, correspondence, and internal memos.
- Handle employee requests and assist in HR-related documentation (leave forms, attendance, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are properly organized and accessible.
- Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Support HR and management with any additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- UAE National (Female)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in administration or HR support is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position – based in Ajman, UAE.
