Job Title: Legal Coordinator

Location: Qatar

Job Summary:

The Legal Coordinator supports the Legal Affairs Department with document management, administrative tasks, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents (contracts, MOUs, policies).
  • Maintain accurate legal files (digital & physical).
  • Coordinate with departments to gather information for legal matters.
  • Track legal deadlines, compliance activities, and contract renewals.
  • Support regulatory reporting, investigations, and communication with authorities or external counsel.
  • Handle translation, notarization, and attestation of documents.
  • Ensure adherence to Qatari laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in legal coordination, preferably in healthcare/public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog.
