Legal Coordinator -Karnataka Real Estate

1. Understanding of Legal scrutiny and all legal documents for any property in Karnataka. - Legal Scrutiny, Legal due diligence

2. Legal drafting - agreements, deeds, affidavits etc

3. Liasioning with government offices

4. Coordinating property registrations

5. RERA compliance

6. Must be able to understand Karnataka land old legal documents thoroughly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolar, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Legal scrutiny in Karnataka?: 5 years (Required)
• Legal drafting: 3 years (Required)
