Summary

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to provide expert guidance on all legal and corporate compliance matters. The role safeguards the company’s interests by ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, while supporting management in strategic decision-making with sound legal advice.

Ideal Candidate will

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Be a qualified lawyer from a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, US, Canada, Australia, South Africa).
• Bring 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally within aviation, MRO, or related industries.
• Possess strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, with the ability to apply common law principles in a cross-border context.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, with the ability to advise senior management and collaborate across functions.
• Uphold a high level of professional integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
