Legal Counsel

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, and document preparation to clients. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and offering guidance on various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to address client needs.
• Provide guidance on complex legal issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
• Support clients in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution. Additional certifications or degrees related to UAE law, corporate law, or compliance are highly desirable.
• 5-8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on litigation , contracts, regulatory compliance, and labour laws in the UAE. Experience in diversified business sectors is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws, Litigation , arbitration, regulatory frameworks, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with strong attention to detail and a focus on mitigating risks.
