Must have Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in intellectual property law.

Admitted to a recognised bar (common law jurisdiction preferred, for example, UK, US, Australia, etc.)
Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in intellectual property law.

Key Requirements

Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
Solid understanding of trade mark, copyright, and design law; patent familiarity advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in licensing and commercial exploitation of IP.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams (legal, R&D, commercial, technical)
