QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law,
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in large-scale companies,
• Experience in the retail sector is preferred,
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts,
• Experienced in corporate governance processes,
• Strong background in lease agreements, leasing law practices, and e-commerce law,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• A good team player with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and overseeing all legal activities of the company,
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in Turkish and English,
• Conducting legal risk analyses for company contracts and projects,
• Providing legal support for lease agreements and e-commerce operations,
• Monitoring relevant laws, regulations, and amendments; analyzing potential impacts and informing internal stakeholders,
• Developing practical and creative legal solutions for business needs,
• Keeping up to date with legal practices related to the retail industry,
• Preparing responses to official correspondences,
• Providing legal consultancy to company departments and group companies,
• Collaborating with business units to support the implementation of new projects,
• Reporting to the Legal Director on assigned responsibilities and ongoing matters,
• Coordinating with external law firms and managing relations with public authorities and institutions.
