We are seeking a talented Lawyer to join our legal team and support our mining operations. The successful candidate will contribute to regulatory compliance, contract management, corporate governance, and litigation-related activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on matters related to mining operations, including permitting, licensing, environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and support the negotiation of various commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements and supply contracts .
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution processes while coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, and advise internal stakeholders on potential risks and implications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and senior management to ensure operational compliance and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of corporate policies, procedures, and internal compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable Turkish university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience .
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts; litigation exposure is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound legal judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently when required.
• Strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
