The Role

• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate assets.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase, sale, lease, and loan agreements .
• Partner with internal teams — property management, accounting, and construction — to support operational execution.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to drive successful outcomes.

The Profile

• JD + active Florida Bar membership required.
• 5–7 years’ experience in commercial real estate law (law firm or in-house).
• Must have represented owners/operators , not lenders.
• Strong commercial instinct — understands rent, yield, and deal economics.
• Curious, high-bandwidth, and hungry for growth.
