We’re supporting a rapidly expanding fintech that’s building the infrastructure for instant institutional payments, enabling banks, corporates and trading firms to move value globally using tokenised cash and stablecoins .

Following a successful Series A raise and major institutional investment, the company is scaling into the Middle East , creating a new Legal Counsel position to support its growing regulatory and commercial footprint in the region.

The Opportunity

Based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) , you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s regional growth, advising on:

• Payments and financial regulation (ADGM / FSRA / DIFC exposure advantageous)
• Cross-border financing and structured transactions
• Commercial agreements and partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers
• Corporate governance and expansion projects as the business builds out its regional presence

You’ll work closely with the General Counsel and international leadership team , acting as the key legal contact for the Middle East.

This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, pace, and building the legal framework for an emerging market in digital finance.

You’ll bring

• 3–7 years’ PQE (UK, Commonwealth, or UAE qualified)
• Top-tier law firm training , with strong grounding in corporate, banking, finance, or regulatory work
• Experience advising on financial institutions, fintech, payments, or digital assets preferred
• Pragmatic, commercially minded, and confident dealing directly with senior stakeholders

💼 40,000-65,000 AED / month
