  • Attend hearings before civil and administrative courts and represent the Bank when assigned.
  • Gather necessary information and documents from relevant departments for use in court or enforcement processes.
  • Follow up on tasks related to court-appointed experts, prepare responses to interim rulings, and conduct legal research including legislation and case law.
  • Support the preparation and documentation of Board of Directors, committee, and general assembly meetings.
  • Provide legal oversight for the Bank’s website content and monitor compliance with legal obligations.
  • Track and respond to legal communications through systems such as UETS, KEP, E-Haciz, and similar platforms.
  • Monitor and contribute to the legal structuring of the Bank’s document management and archiving systems.
  • Prepare, update, and report on litigation and enforcement files on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all legal proceedings are followed and completed within the relevant legal time limits.
  • Provide timely and accurate legal opinions to the stakeholders and departments upon request.
  • Support and participate in internal legal training processes when required.
  • Maintain proper legal records and ensure organized archiving of case documents and legal correspondence.
  • Ensure full legal protection of the Bank’s rights and interests by proactively identifying legal risks and taking necessary actions.
