Job Title: Senior Corporate Legal

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo — On-site (Sun–Thu, 9–5)

Role summary

Own contract drafting/review (Egypt & abroad), contractual risk audits, company incorporations/registrations, and GA/BoD governance and filings; advise on Companies & Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Review/negotiation of commercial contracts (local & cross-border).
• Manage GA (OGM/EGM), BoD resolutions, and corporate secretarial records.
• Handle GAFI/Commercial Registry/licensing processes.
• Advise on Labor Law and internal policies.
• Prepare contract risk reports; support client visits (costs reimbursed).

Requirements

• LL.B. (Graduate).
• 4+ years corporate legal experience.
• Proven GA/Companies Law/Labor Law exposure; prior work with clients abroad .
• Excellent Arabic & English.
