Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on UAE labor law, company law, and other relevant regulations.
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and internal policies to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Manage and resolve employee-related legal issues in coordination with HR and management.
  • Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, legal bodies, or external consultants.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and ensure company policies are updated accordingly.
  • Prepare legal reports, correspondence, and documentation to support company operations.
  • Support management in minimizing legal risks and ensuring company and employee protection.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE, preferably within corporate or labor law.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, company formation, and compliance matters.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts and agreements.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
