Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on UAE labor law, company law, and other relevant regulations.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and internal policies to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Manage and resolve employee-related legal issues in coordination with HR and management.
- Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, legal bodies, or external consultants.
- Monitor changes in legislation and ensure company policies are updated accordingly.
- Prepare legal reports, correspondence, and documentation to support company operations.
- Support management in minimizing legal risks and ensuring company and employee protection.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE, preferably within corporate or labor law.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, company formation, and compliance matters.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts and agreements.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
