We are seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen our Legal Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives on providing hands-on legal support in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to meaningful business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Legal & Compliance Manager, Group legal and compliance teams, and cross-functional departments.

THE REQUIRED VIBE

• Bachelor’s in law (Admitted to a Bar Association in Türkiye).
• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in contracts within a corporate legal department and/or law firm.
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience in providing legal guidance to business teams within the scope of day-to-day operations.
• Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and translate them into practical business recommendations.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving mindset; able to respond pragmatically to urgent matters.
• High ethical standards, accountability, and professional integrity.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
• Data protection & GDPR
• Compliance & ethical governance frameworks (anti-bribery, competition law, whistle blowing procedures, corporate governance policies)

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US BY

• Providing clear, solution-oriented legal advice to internal teams on contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Drafting, revising, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including commercial, procurement, technology, and licensing agreements.
• Supporting coordination with external counsels when necessary and ensuring timely reporting to the Legal & Compliance Manager.
• Monitoring legislative updates and assessing their impact on business operations.
• Supporting the roll out and execution of Group compliance programs locally.
• Contributing to the localization of policies, procedures, and internal governance documents.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams on contract management, compliance risk assessments, and ethical governance matters.
