The Role:

Reviewing, preparing, negotiating, revising, and amending contracts to which the company is a party, both domestically and internationally

Monitoring and managing international legal processes in coordination with the company’s local law firms abroad

Standardizing contracts across the company and strengthening them from a legal perspective

Providing daily legal consultancy to all departments within the scope of operations and projects

Providing on-site/local legal support regarding disputes arising at the company’s affiliated workplaces when necessary

Managing legal processes, analyzing risks, and presenting solution proposals

Providing legal support to ensure that company activities comply with applicable legislation and company objectives

Preparing opinions and assessments related to the legal infrastructure within the scope of the company’s growth strategies, new investments, and business models

Regularly monitoring relevant legislative changes, conducting impact analyses, and informing the related units and management accordingly

Preparing, following up, supervising, and reporting litigation, enforcement proceedings, notices, seizure notifications, assignment/transfer notifications, and similar legal processes

Coordinating with contracted external law firms; tracking and directing files, and maintaining communication between internal units and law firms

Preparing and updating company documents such as general assembly resolutions, board of directors decisions, powers of attorney, and similar corporate records

Monitoring and managing notary public and trade registry processes
The Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law

Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in the logistics sector

Strong knowledge and practical experience in contract law, commercial law, law of obligations, and corporate law

Proficient in MS Office applications

Advanced level of English

Analytical thinking ability, solution-oriented approach, strong communication and representation skills
