 Support business strategies, corporate structuring, and new ventures.
 </li>

 Liaise with external law firms, courts, and counterparties.
 </li>

 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Law degree from a reputable university;
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years PQE with strong commercial and regulatory knowledge. UAE experience is ideal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English (Arabic an advantage).
 </li>
