Legal Counsel

Position: Legal Counsel – Private Equity M&A

Global Private Equity firm is looking for an in-house counsel to join the team based in NYC. This position will act as an extension of the investment team and focus primarily on transaction activities.

• 5+ years of experience post law school
• JD from a top law school
• 5+ years of experience within a M&A group at a top law firm, with majority transactions focused on private equity M&A
• Based in or open to relocating to greater NYC area
