Location - Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle with respect to sales and procurement agreements and various other contracts.
• This will include the negotiation of standard contracts as well as customer specific contracts and negotiations directly with distributors, vendors, etc.
• Collaborate with local business leaders and advise on legal risks and issues related to the Company’s business, including sales, purchasing, HR, product, corporate and dispute resolution.

Desired Background

• Qualified licensed lawyer with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills in English, including work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience of advising tech companies is a plus.
• Prior exposure to various jurisdictions in APAC, such as ANZ, Greater China, South-East Asia, Japan and Korea, is a plus.
