We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support our operations across the Middle East region and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , working closely with regional teams and Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for all company activities in the Middle East region and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Liaise with the Legal Headquarters team.
• Maintain and manage contract documentation and contract-related processes.
• Liaise with external legal advisors as required and manage them in a cost-effective manner.
• Deliver legal awareness training to employees within Kaspersky Lab.
• Report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience , with a focus on contract law, IT law, and corporate law .
• Fluent English .
• Experience working in an international, fast-growing environment .
• Analytical, structured, accurate, and independent working style.
• Strong ability to proactively analyse problems and propose solutions .
• High level of service and customer orientation , with excellent communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and internet research .
