Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Legal Counsel based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal advice, assist with contract negotiations, and prepare various legal documents. The role involves analysing legal issues, managing compliance matters, and supporting dispute resolution processes. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in law and thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and the ability to draft and review legal agreements
• Experience with legal document preparation and managing legal documentation workflows
• Ability to analyse and address complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Emirati legal and regulatory frameworks is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM) and appropriate licensure to practice legal work in the UAE
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly beneficial
