Legal Counsel

I'm currently hiring an Arabic-speaking Legal Counsel to join a leading GovTech organisation.

📍 Abu Dhabi

💰 AED 40-50k per month

This opportunity would suit a qualified lawyer coming from a private practice background with strong exposure to commercial, corporate and litigation matters across the UAE/GCC region.

🔸Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice across commercial, corporate and regulatory matters

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements

- Support on corporate transactions, governance and strategic projects

- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel

- Advise on compliance, risk mitigation and internal policies

- Conduct legal research and support business stakeholders across the group

🔸Requirements

- Qualified lawyer with UAE/GCC experience

- Background within a reputable law firm/private practice environment

- Experience across commercial, corporate and litigation matters

- Arabic speaker required

- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
