Legal Counsel - Family Office

Simmons and Hanbury are pleased to be partnering with a family office in their search for a legal counsel to join their team in New York City.

Responsibilities will include working across credit agreements, security agreements and providing advice across investment related transactions across the private equity, bonds, distressed and special situations credit space.
