Net2Source is looking for Legal Counsel Leading Dubai Maritime industry with expertise in the Matine market for one of our clients.

Role: Legal Counsel

Type: Permanent

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents and agreements, including maritime contracts like CCAs, JV agreements, VSAs, Slot Charter, Terminal Service Agreements, etc.
• Draft POAs and support notarization/legalization processes
• Assist with corporate matters – license renewals, new registrations, strike-offs, shareholder/director/activity changes globally
• Identify and assess legal and compliance risks (contractual and regulatory)
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
• Coordinate with external legal experts as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Maritime industry
• Strong exposure to agreement drafting and review is essential
