Legal Counsel - Real Estate Investments

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading real estate investment firm based in Dubai. Regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

This is a key in-house role offering the opportunity to work across corporate transactions, compliance, regulatory matters, and risk management, supporting the growth and governance of a high-performing real estate entity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house or in corporate/commercial law
• Qualified in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of DFSA or Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
• Experience in real estate, property, or asset management, with direct exposure to the real estate sector being essential
• Experience with corporate transactions, contract drafting, and risk management
• Working knowledge of crypto/tokenization is a plus but not essential
• Confident in advising on AML/KYC, compliance, and governance matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
