Legal Counsel - Sovereign Wealth Fund

A leading investment group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its UAE-based team. This is a new position offering the opportunity to support a growing portfolio of regional and international assets across a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (distribution, supply, procurement, licensing, and service contracts).

• Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.

• Conduct legal research and advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and risk management.

• Support corporate development and M&A activities.

• Assist in managing external counsel and coordinating legal advice across jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier international law firm and/or in-house. (Candidates above 5PQE cannot be considered)

• Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Australia, or equivalent).

• Strong grounding in commercial law with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
