Key Responsibilities

• Incident Investigation & Triage: Receiving reports, conducting legal review, and isolating compromised data to determine the scope of a breach.
• Regulatory Compliance & Notification: Analyzing breaches to determine if they meet the threshold for notification to regulators (e.g., ICO) and affected data subjects.
• Legal Risk Management: Reviewing contracts for liability, interpreting data protection laws, and advising on legal risks.
• Document Review & Privacy: Analyzing vast amounts of breached data to identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with IT, cybersecurity teams, external counsel, and regulators, as well as drafting, reviewing, and sending notification letters.

Pay: ₹9,744.72 - ₹44,694.50 per month
