Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal activities and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Analyze legal risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
- Manage legal claims, case files, and represent the organization before judicial authorities.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in corporate governance and prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commercial or administrative law (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 3 years in a Management role.
- Proven expertise in corporate governance and compliance, with practical experience in financial markets (Tadawul).
- Litigation experience and strong negotiation skills.
- Highly analytical and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and labor laws and government regulations.
