Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal activities and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Provide legal guidance and support to various departments as needed.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Analyze legal risks and recommend strategies for mitigation.
• Manage legal claims, case files, and represent the organization before judicial authorities.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in corporate governance and prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercial or administrative law (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 3 years in a Management role.
• Proven expertise in corporate governance and compliance, with practical experience in financial markets (Tadawul).
• Litigation experience and strong negotiation skills.
• Highly analytical and leadership skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and labor laws and government regulations.
