What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Executive team and report to the Group CFO.
• Lead and manage the Legal Department, including mentoring and supervising a team of at least two legal professionals.
• Oversee all legal matters including commercial contracts, employment law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including SaaS contracts, licensing, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, including labor, commercial, and data protection laws.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and contract management systems.
• Support corporate structuring, M&A, and investment activities.
• Maintain and update legal documentation and company records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law; Master's or legal certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of total legal experience, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience leading a Legal team of 2 or more.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in technology, Software or SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS contracts and licensing models is a strong plus.
